White Denim – Say What You Want The Parlor Mob – Hard Times
This week, we saw yet another injured dancer, those left standing performed to tracks from Ludacris, Alicia Keys, Janelle Monae and Maxwell. Though after last year’s tear-jearker of a routine to “This Woman’s Work”, I feel as though the song should have been retired.

And then there we’re 7 (well 6 tonight since there was another injury.) But let’s get to the tunes. Another tear jerker routine to Coldplay, a jive to Meat Loaf (of all things) and a bit of musical chairs to a ballad by Tom McRae.

It was a slow night for music on FNL. This week we’ve got more from Explosions In The Sky, another track from Vol.2 of the soundtrack from the White Rabbits, and a haunting americana ballad from Frally.

FNL was all about the ship-hop this week if you couldn’t gather from the appearances by T-Pain, 50 Cent and Get Cool. One interesting band this week is Sonny and The Sunsets. I was intrigued by the San Francisco quartet’s lo-fi 50’s indie sound.
Sonny and The Sunsets – Too Young To Burn Trevor Dandy – Is There Any Love 24-Carat Black – I Begin To Weep Get Cool – Easy 50 Cent – Crime Wave Northern League – Booty Doo T-Pain – Take Your Shirt Off
Man there we’re a lot of initials and acronyms on this week’s playlist. Highlights include another stellar track from Florence and The Machine, the newest single from M.I.A, and a show stealer from unsigned and relatively unknown Christina Perri (she’s the sister of Shinedown guitarist Nick Perri) . Apparently, this song received some kind of unofficial premiere on last nights episode. I can’t wait to hear more from this artist.
