FNL was all about the ship-hop this week if you couldn’t gather from the appearances by T-Pain, 50 Cent and Get Cool. One interesting band this week is Sonny and The Sunsets. I was intrigued by the San Francisco quartet’s lo-fi 50’s indie sound.

Man there we’re a lot of initials and acronyms on this week’s playlist. Highlights include another stellar track from Florence and The Machine, the newest single from M.I.A, and a show stealer from unsigned and relatively unknown Christina Perri (she’s the sister of Shinedown guitarist Nick Perri) . Apparently, this song received some kind of unofficial premiere on last nights episode. I can’t wait to hear more from this artist.
